I had a flat during the pouring down rain. AAA put on the spare for me and I called ahead to see if Mock-Beroth had time to look at my tire. I explained I had my two granddaughter with me so I would just drop off the tire for repair. When he saw me drive up, he came out so I wouldn’t have to get my granddaughters out, Excellent customer service! My tire was replaced quickly! We have always done business with Mock-Beroth and will continue to do so!
AMAZING! In every way, our experience was positive. We are from Ohio, on our way to South Carolina when we had brake problems. Upon our arrival, they were very busy but got us in immediately to access the condition of our vehicle. We were given a quote, and they began working on our vehicle promptly. The staff was friendly and responsive. There was a waiting area with ample seating and vending options. Our vehicle was fixed within an hour and a half. The price was very reasonable. Thank you!
I thought I had brake issue and would need the pads replaced. Cory had the technicians take a look and it was just dirt from where I was deer hunting.
